He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton Ulysses Austin and Ammer Frances Smith; and his son Kenny Ray Austin. He is survived by: his wife Sally Austin; his children, Robert Dean Austin (Candy) of Franklin, KY, Mark Benton Austin of Franklin, KY and Sherry Austin of Franklin, KY; and his grandchildren, Ashley Briggs, Jennifer Austin, Austin Humphreys, Tiffany Austin, Jessie Austin, Matt Austin, Trenton Rhea, Brandon Austin and Andrew Austin. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
