It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Letcher Kaapcke of Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Letcher Kaapcke and Ellen Adams Kaapcke. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kaapcke; his children, Katie Ellen Kaapcke of Sacramento, CA, Peter Joseph Kaapcke (Mallory) of Cottontown, TN and Elizabeth Ann Kaapcke of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Zoie, Crew, Quinn, Cash, Remy and Madden; and his siblings, Brian Kaapcke and Gretchen Kaapcke.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (403 N Main St, Franklin, KY 42134).
