He is survived by: his children, Leif DeHart of Portland, TN, Ethan DeHart and Sarah DeHart of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings, John DeHart of Paducah, KY, Cheryll Collum of Cherokee, AL and Gail Longworth; and his nieces and nephews, Troy Collum, Adam Collum, Craig Collum, Jad DeHart, Eric DeHart, William Longworth, Kristie Milton and Teresa Hargrove.
