She is survived by: her brothers, Scott Cook (Debra Kay) of Franklin, KY, Jimmy Cook (Alice) of Franklin, KY and Mark Cook of Franklin, KY; her nieces and nephews, Morgan Cook, Ciera Cook (Patrick), Macie Scarbrough (Terry), Justin Cook (Sami) and Joey Cook; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rylee Jean Cook, River Motley Davis, Laiklyn Allen Davis and Luke Scarbrough; her aunt Judy Mann of Coldwater, MS; and her cousins, Sherry McBroome of Clearwater, MS, Cathy Cline of Franklin, KY and Chris Cline (Laurie) of Franklin, KY.
