He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyllys Rowland and Rhoda Crafton Rowland; and his brother Ronald Rowland. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Barton (Roger) of Franklin and Gina Paine (Jayson) of Franklin; and his grandchildren, Brooke Herrington of Franklin, Nicky Barton of Franklin, Brad Barton of Franklin and Chase Medley of Franklin.
