He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlile Meador and Mattie Lou Stewart Meador; his sisters, Patsy Partinger and Loretta Cotter; and his son-in-law Gary Crafton.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Farmer Meador of Franklin; his children, Jennifer Crafton of Franklin, Derek Meador of Franklin, Amy Talley (Brian) of Franklin and Molly Downey (Raygo) of Franklin; his sister Jayne Delk of Louisville; his grandchildren, Aaron Talley (Jordan), Drew Talley (Christina), Lauren Talley (Madison), Caden Talley, Anne Hayden Satterly (Landon), Brittney Brown (Adam), Brandon Meador, Zach Meador, Sydney Downey, Marlesha Downey, Myah Downey and Neiko Downey; and his great grandchildren, Lennyn Talley, Lucy Talley, Eloise Talley and Annie Jo Satterly.
