Carter; his sons, Michael Douglas Carter II (Samantha) of Columbus, IN and Matthew David Carter (Darby) of Franklin, KY; his stepchildren, Ashley Geske of St. Paul, MN, Bethany Geske and Kurtis Geske of Franklin, KY; his grandchildren, Jackson, Jake and Jocelyn Carter; and his stepgrandsons, Blake Chervstad and Zachary Emberton.
