She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Kincheloe and Nellie Mae Kincheloe. She is survived by: her husband Billy Douglas; her children, Janet Douglas Bloom (late Stephen) of Buckner, KY, Barbara Douglas Snider (Stephen) of Franklin, KY and David Douglas (Ann); and her grandchildren, Katie Faris, Ben Johnston, Craig Snider, Drew Snider, Sarah Douglas Reynolds, Becky Douglas and Thomas Douglas. She is also survived by 4 Great-Grandchildren.
Due to COVID concerns, all services will be private.
