She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Turney and Ottie Finn Turney; her husband John Henry Carvin; and her siblings, Nettie Sue Turney, Les Turney, Curtis Turney and Jody Turney.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Johnson and Leslie Johnson; and her siblings, Wendell Turney (Ivy), Walt Turney (Nancy) and Paulette Chandler (Lloyd). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
