She was predeceased by: her father Joseph; her husband Jack Summers; her son Gary Summers; and her brother James Finn of Franklin, KY.. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Cindy Summers; her grandchildren, Dawn Johnson of Bowling Green, KY, Jamie Summers (Natalie) of Franklin, KY and John Summers (Erin) of Franklin, KY; her great grandchildren, Tawni, Erik, Jackson, Maeson, Kasen, Logan, Gracie and Coleson; and her great great grandchildren, Javin, Kanyon, River, Paisley, Caiden, Gracelynn and Karson.
