He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Riddle and Nellie Riddle (Tuttle); his wife Josephine McClellan Riddle; and his siblings, Paul Riddle, Frank Riddle, Barnettie McCoy, Vonnie Graves and Mary Elizabeth Riddle.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Riddlesmith (Daniel) of Louisville, KY and Billy Riddle of Franklin, KY; and his sisters, Barbara Farmer of Franklin, KY, Peggy Crump of Franklin, KY and Judy Crabtree of Portland, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gilbert Funeral Home (325 W Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the Sulphur Fork Church Cemetery (455 Fairfield Rd, Bethpage, TN 37022).
