She is survived by: her son James Wade; her grandchildren, Nadja Wade and Chloe Wade; her siblings, Debby Bell (Tony) of Nashville, TN, Ann Adams (Greg) of Franklin, KY, Ronnie Graves of Franklin, KY, Donnie Graves of Franklin, KY and Lisa Gregory of Franklin, KY; and her sister-in-law Lisa Graves of Franklin, KY.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
