He is survived by: his wife Gloria Kell (Baker); his children, Melissa Conley (Mike) of Bowling Green, KY, Lindsey Meadows (John Peyton) of Bowling Green, KY and Derek Kell (Amberly) of Franklin, KY; his grandchildren, Laura Smith (Spencer), Alex Kell, Coby Wimpee (Kelsey), Hallie Wimpee, Trevor Kell and Parker Kell; his sisters, Darlene Mitchell, Ruthie Jessie and Cheryl Richardson; and his sister-in-law Idella Kell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
