It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonia Mae Mallard of Franklin, Kentucky, born in Mitchellville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen Brown and Elga Brown (Hinton); her husband James Mallard; and her son Chris Mallard. She is survived by: her children, Linda Osborne of Franklin, KY, David Mallard (Peggy) of Portland, TN, Mike Jones (Etta) of London, KY and Kathy Giles (Tony) of Franklin, KY; and her brother George Brown (Sue) of Franklin, KY.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
