He was predeceased by: his father Alan Roy Arnold. He is survived by: his mother Susan Dickieson Arnold; his sister Heidi Fuller (Raymone) of Franklin, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Alex Fuller (Rachel), Ray Fuller, Jr. (Ginnie), Alannah Fuller and Aysia Fuller. He is also survived by 8 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to a charity of one's choice in Kirk's memory.
