He was predeceased by: his former wife Elisabeth Norris; his mother Erdine Moore; and his brothers, James Howard, Jerry Roach, Michael Moore and Richard Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lowery Norris; his son Brian Norris; his grandson Trey Norris; his stepchildren, Anthony Boyd (Amanda Hoffman), Nelda Ellis, Tammy Humble, Victoria Parker and Roxanne Mayhugh; his stepgrandchildren, Eli, Malachi Boyd and Aspen Martin; and his sisters, Lecia House (Neil) and Robin Ryckman (Joe). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
