He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Traughber and Beatrice Pitt Traughber; his wife Peggy Rich Traughber; and his sister Leann Holloway. He is survived by: his children, Steve Traughber of Franklin, Teresa Hendricks (Danny) of Franklin and Kim Smith (David) of Knoxville; and his grandchildren, Jason Traughber, Eric Hendricks, Amber Anderson, Katie Bolles and Caleb Smith (Thomas Myers). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
