She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Brown and Betty Bulthaup Brown; her husband Jim Mincy; her son Ricky Mincy; and her brother Larry Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Mildred Hopkins of Franklin, Dean Riggin of Franklin, Donna Carter of Franklin, Yvonne Lusk (Billy) of Floyd, Brian Mincy of Franklin, Elizabeth Mock (Billy) of Franklin and Chris Mincy (Laura) of Blue Springs; her daughter-in-law Janet Mincy of Panama City; her brothers, Roy Mason Brown of Indianapolis and Barry Brown of Indianapolis; and her pet Leah. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
