He is survived by: his children, Cameron Chastain of Scottsville, Ashton Chastain of Scottsville and Austin Wallace (Alexandrea) of Missouri; and his siblings, Scott Chastain (Nikki) of Bowling Green, Shane Chastain of Franklin, Jesse Chastain of White House, Janet Key of Smiths Grove, Valerie Kirby and Wanda Amos (Bubba) of Westmoreland, Tennessee..

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the JIM Roberts Community Park (North St, Franklin, KY 42134).
