She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Wilson Cook and Nellie Tuttle Cook. She is survived by: her husband Charles Y. Carter of Franklin; her children, Scott Carter (Jill) of California and Teresa Jo Harrison (Craig) of Franklin; her sister Brenda Knight (Jimmy) of Franklin; and her grandsons, Caleb Carter, Luke Harrison and Noah Harrison.
