He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Walters; his son Jacob Evans (Brittany); his grandchildren, Eddie Summers, Kelsie Evans, Jeremiah Evans (Patricia), Caleb Evans, Noah, Abriahna Scott, Jaxson Evans, Joseph Evans and Jacob Evans, Jr.; and his sisters, Joyce Farmer and Vinnie Evans.
