He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Horstman and Theresa Fau Hortsman; and his brothers, Cliff and Raymond Horstman. He is survived by: his wife Verna Horstman of Franklin; his siblings, Rita Novakoski (Larry) of Canada, Mary Litvin of Florida, Martha Evans (Bill) of Colorado, Bob Horstman (Diane) of Michigan and Len Horstman (Teresa) of North Carolina; his stepchildren, Lisa Cox (Michael) of Franklin, James Queen of Franklin, Suzanne Queen of Bowling Green and Patrick Queen of Roscoe, IL; and his grandchildren, Catherine Cox, Julie Anne Cox, Elise Queen, Beau Fleming, Corinna Fleming, Georgie Shrum and Sean Queen. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
