He is survived by: his children, Kay Drake of Franklin, KY and Phillip Montgomery (Teresa) of Franklin, KY; and his grandchildren, Butch Drake, Rynde Dial, Nicki Buchanon, Amanda Krutza and Jessie Hussung. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, 3 step children and several step great grandchildren.
