It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joey Witt of Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away on January 18, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Witt and Joanna Long; and his stepfather Charlie Long. He is survived by: his children, Christian Witt of Bowling Green, KY, Taylor Witt (Daniel Phelps) of Franklin, KY and Brea Witt of Franklin, KY; his siblings, Michael Witt of Franklin, KY and Neinda Witt of Franklin, KY; his niece Kayla Adams; his nephew Dylan Adams; his great-nieces, Brighten Byrum and Joslyn Byrum; and his stepmother Linda Witt.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory, 325 West Cedar Street, Franklin, KY 42134 to help the family with Mr. Witt's final expenses and to help out his kids.
