He is survived by: his children, Margaret Lockhart of Franklin, KY, Gayla Lockhart of Bowling Green, KY, Estella Lockhart of Bowling Green, KY and Noble Randolph of Bowling Green, KY; his stepdaughter Barbara Randolph; and his grandchildren, Joseph Lockhart, Tricia Osborne and Duron Lockhart. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Center Baptist Church (241 S Union Rd, Auburn, KY 42206). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery (3354 Turnertown Rd, Franklin, KY 42134).
