He was predeceased by: his parents, Barcus Karnes (Vance) and Lena Estelle Vance (Ferrell); and his siblings, Donald Vance, Billy Ray Vance, Linda Towe, Betty Roach, Nadine King and Lena Mae Vance.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Vance (Threlkel); his son Kelly Vance (Kerry) of Franklin, KY; his stepgrandchildren, Dakota Bradstreet, Hunter Bradstreet (Kailee Nobles) and Elijah Webster; his sisters, Patsy Calvert (Wayne) of Indianapolis, IN and Joyce Sampson of Woodburn, KY; and his pet Miss Kitty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home (325 W Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
