He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cleo Rex and Catherine Louise Osier; his wife Ladonna Rex; and his son Sean Rex. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Alford of Franklin, Michelle Baker of Iowa, Brian Rex of Texas and Joe Hollowell of Franklin; and his sisters, Joyce Wayman of Arizona, Cecilia Craven of Sioux Falls, SD and Judith Metef of Auganga, California. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
