He is survived by: his sons, Eric Troutt of Franklin, KY, Travis Jay Troutt (Shannon) of Franklin, KY and Tristin Troutt of Franklin, KY; his grandchildren, Genesis Neal, Cheyenna Neal and Chad Neal; his brothers, Randy Troutt (Lawanda) of Franklin, KY and Mark Troutt of Franklin, KY; his cousins, Ketenia Groves of Portland, TN, Jeff Drecas Ladd of Bowling Green, KY and David Ladd of Bowling Green, KY; his nephews, Mathew Troutt, Nichalus Troutt and Brian Troutt; his niece Amber Troutt; his brother-in-law Roger Slack; and his pets, Niki and Jack-Jack.
