He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Harding Toombs and Grapel Naomi Hastings (Terry); and his sister Theresa Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Human of Franklin, KY, Anna Toombs Ward of Franklin, KY and Larry Toombs of Bethel Springs, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Bill Widner, Barry Widner, Brad Widner, Joe Widner, Jerry Tims, Brandy Henderson and Amanda Owens.
