She is survived by: her sons, Frank Hudson Wakefield, II of Franklin, KY and Silas Matthew Wakefield (Donna) of Franklin, KY. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 1-step grandchild and 2 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren and 1 niece and 2 nephews.
