She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvis Floyd Welch and Minnie Mae Welch (Durrett); her husband Emmett Minnicks; and her sisters, Margaret Welch and Betty Roark.
She is survived by: her son Phil Minnicks (Tiphane) of Cottontown, TN; her grandchildren, Benjamin Minnicks, Cooper Minnicks and Lucy Minnicks; her niece Cindy Trimmer (Frank) of White House, TN; her great-nephew Logan Trimmer; and her great-niece Allyson Trimmer.
