He is survived by: his children, James Michael Phillips (Theresa) of Scottsville, KY, David Hilton Phillips (Bonnie) of Franklin, KY, Scotty Neal Phillips (Lisa) of Franklin, KY and Julie Eicher (Denny) of Bowling Green, KY; his close friend Judy Gann; and his brother Larry B. Phillips. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
