He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Mann and Myrtie Hayes Mann; his son Bruce Mann; and his siblings, Chester, Robert Earl, William, Douglas Mann, Beatrice Moyers and Pauline Patterson.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Moore Mann; his children, Sandy Gregory (Michael) of Franklin and Kathy Lawrence of Alvaton; his daughter-in-law Marolynn Wixson of Franklin; and his siblings, Catherine Moore of Franklin and David Mann of Mississippi. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
