He is survived by: his parent Mildred Cooper Ford; his sons, Brian Dale Ford (Natalie) of Florence, Gregory Scott Ford (Stacey) of Bowling Green, KY and Joel Dwayne Ford (Heather) of Hebron, KY; his siblings, Linda Baumer of Union, KY and John Ford of Sun City; and his grandchildren, Rachel Ford, Noah Ford, Spencer Ford, Lyndie Ford and Michaela Ford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
