He is survived by: his wife Judy Johns Cothern; his children, Cathy Cothern (Kevin) of Franklin, KY, Leslie Alford (Chris) of Franklin, KY and Jamie Cummings (Brad) of Franklin, KY; his grandchildren, Erin Spears, Brandon Kinnaird, Adam Alford, Jacee Cummings and Cassadee Cummings; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Spears, Aidan Kinnaird, Kyler Kinnaird, Grayson Alford and Scarlett Slaven; and his sisters, Linda Mann of Franklin, KY and Clara Dinning of Bowling Green, KY..
