He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Everett White, Sr. and Clara Field Grow White. He is survived by: his wife Ellen White; his children, Donna Gann of Bowling Green, KY and Richard Dennis White of Franklin, KY; and his grandson Jason Perry of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
