Helga Forshee Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Guhr and Suzanne Rosner Guhr; her husband Carl LeBleu; her former husband Eddie B. Forshee, Jr.; her children, Barbara Kuchta and Joe Leslie Forshee; and her siblings, Erica Guhr, Rita Zettlemoyer and Gunther Guhr.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Shelton (Greg) of Franklin, KY, Debbie Hudson (William) of Franklin, KY, Monika Thacker of Franklin, KY and Nancy McDonald (David) of Woodburn, KY; her grandchildren, Stephanie McMillin, Sara Cassetty, Terry K. Thomas, Sean Johnson, Joey Hudson, Jennie Kinnaird, Nicole Ebelhar and Jamie Brown; her great grandchildren, Zack Thomas, Parker McMillin, Johnathon Cassetty, Michael Cassetty, Colin McCormick, Abby Thomas, Cooper Johnson, Cru Johnson, Boone Kinnaird, Bohdi Kinnaird, Ada Blake Ebelhar, Delaney Ebelhar and Ellie Neal Brown; her great great grandchildren, Kynlee Cassetty and Hayden Cassetty; her sister Helena Way of Lawton, Oklahoma; and her nephew Dr. Steffan Guhr.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy are to be made to a charity of one's choice in memory of Helga Forshee.
