He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Grasch (Bob) of Bloomington, James Glen Stevens of Illinois and Jeffrey Scott Stevens of Illinois; his stepsons, Thomas McCarty of California and Patrick McCarty of Franklin; his sister Kathy Guinn of Colorado; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Holly, Andrew, Benjamin, Hiroto, Itsuki, Julien, Sonnie and Braxton; and his great grandchild Lila.
