It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Lambert McGee of Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas McGee and Elvie Lee Johns McGee; his son George Allen McGee; his stepson David Ray Wright; and his grandson David Kyle McGee.
He is survived by: his wife Janelle Finn McGee of Franklin, KY; and his children, Kevin McGee of Hartsville, TN, Daryl McGee of Michigan, Jerry McGee of Harrodsburg, Kim Voland of Wabash, IN, Crystal McGee of Columbia, TN, Jaclyn Milam of Bowling Green, KY and Jenna Akin of Franklin, KY. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
