She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hamm and Zelma Hamm (Courtney); and her husband Jerry Upchurch. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Gail Decker (Michael) of Franklin, KY, Jackie Upchurch (Chris) of McNeal, AZ and Julie Kozel (Mark) of Rocky Face, GA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (1008 W Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134).
