He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cothern; his children, Pat England of Portland, TN and Rickey Cothern (Cherie) of Bowling Green, KY; his grandchildren, Corey England, Dakota Jopes and Tyler Jopes; and his great grandchild Madison England.
