We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2019, at the age of 77, Ernest Higgs (Franklin, Kentucky), born in Brownsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Lue Oller Higgs; his daughter Sandra Kaye Bagshaw; and his siblings, Nola Mae Higgs and William "Bill" Higgs. He is survived by: his children, Terry Rhea Higgs (Lyndia) of Franklin Ky, Candida Higgs, Kimberly Michelle Rayner (Michael) of Plano Ky and Jessie Lee Higgs (Talesha) of Scottsville Ky; and his sisters, Jeanette Elmore (Ray) and Vicki Smith (George) of Alvaton Ky. He is also survived by 27 Grandchildren and 36 Great Grandchildren.
