She was predeceased by: her parents, Mearl Sloan and Elizabeth Moore Sloan; her husband Hillis Hargis; and her son Darrell Hargis. She is survived by: her sons, Danny R. Hargis of Franklin, Ralph E. Hargis (Vondah) of Scottsville, Bruce Hargis of Drake, KY and Timmy A. Hargis (Brandy) of Bowling Green. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
