He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Drake and Mattie Drake (Munday); his former wife Ruth Drake; his wife Sarah Drake; and his brothers, Robert Drake, Paul Drake, James Drake (Bill), Guy Drake (Leonard), Ernest Drake and Harold Drake, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Allen Drake (Judy) of Louisville, KY and Gary Drake (Kitty) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Chad Drake, Joe Drake, Josh Drake and Kimmye Bohannon; his great grandchildren, Abby Drake, Kirby Drake, Sawyer Drake, Annie Bohannon, Ellen Bohannon and Denny Bohannon; and his brother Johnny Drake of Franklin, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
