She is survived by: her husband Roger Blaylock; her children, Dale Blaylock (Ashley) of Franklin, KY and Damon Blaylock (Patricia) of Franklin, KY; her son-in-law Matthew Herrick of Franklin, KY; and her sister-in-law Frances Wheeler of Franklin, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
