She was predeceased by: her parents, William Marshall Allen and Hattie Daniels Allen Alford; her husband Charles Maurice Bynum; and her siblings, James Douglas Allen, Doris Phillips (Billy John) and Bennie Shelby Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Christna Brown (Mark) of Fredericksburg, TX, Douglas G. Bynum (Barbara Burr) of Franklin, KY and Barry L. Bynum (Ellen) of Richmond, TX; her grandchildren, Rachel Bynum, Melanie Mann (Isaac), Ben Bynum, Lynn Bynum and Alex Bynum (Madison); and her great grandchildren, Zachary and Sammy Mann.
