He is survived by: his wife Linda Cassity; his children, Troy Cassity (Heather) of Franklin, KY, Tracy Cassity (Debra) of Rockfield, KY and Lisa Luongo of Franklin, KY; and his siblings, Harold Cassity of Franklin, KY, Faye Forshee of Franklin, KY and Linda Link (Teddy) of Huntington Beach, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
