It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Patrick Phelps of Franklin, Kentucky, born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister April Tinsley-Eden. He is survived by: his parents, Lana Tinsley of Bowling Green, KY and David Miller Phelps (Bobbie Phelps); his children, Heather Manning, Jessica Mallard (Scott) and David Joshua Phelps (Christney); his grandchildren, Arya, Meagan, Hanah, Adalyn, Hadley, Angela, Brandon Jr. and Liam; his siblings, Amy Lindley (Greg), Karen Beyerle (Bryan) and Dennis Phelps; and his caregiver Wendy Jones.
