J.) of Campbellsville, KY and Christen Johnson Napp (Mat) of Montgomery, AL; his grandchildren, Aric "Ash" Howard II, Aurora Howard, Olivia Pavy, Nazareth Pavy and Spencer Pavy; and his sisters, Ruby Johnson Dunlap (James) and Tammy Johnson Griffin (Danny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
