As Darlene departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Darlene may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Darlene leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Cline (Yates) and Chester Cline; her husband Jimmy Jones; and her siblings, Dewey Cline and Alma Jean Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Deavers (Brad) of Franklin, KY; her sister Janice Alford of Franklin, KY; and her close friend Pam Laney Spurlock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home (325 W Cedar St, Franklin, KY 42134). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
